The Netherlands Education Support Office in Russia (Neso) in Russia has been established by the Netherlands organization of international cooperation in higher education (Nuffic).
Neso Russia is a non-profit organisation. It is financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Cultu
re and Sciences.
Neso Russia is known as the sole official representative of the Dutch higher education sector in Russia. Neso Russia has a main objective to provide free-of-charge information and consultation to Russian students. Next to this, Neso supports universities of the two countries to cooperate and carry out activities to promote Dutch higher education.
Nuffic implements the policy of the Netherlands government to internationalize Dutch Higher Education and to increase cross border academic cooperation around the world.
