Nuffic Neso Russia has its premises on the 3rd floor of the Russian State Library for Foreign Literature (VGBIL) named after M.I. Rudomino.
Nearest Metro is: Taganskaya. Also Kurskaya and Kitay Gorod are close by.

Saturday, Sunday: closed.
During Russian holidays our office is closed.
How to find the Neso office?
- If you are in front of the library building, enter the courtyard through the iron gates, go past the beautiful statues and enter the Central Hall;
- in the Central Hall you will find a cloakroom for your coat;
- you need to show your library card to the library official and the guard checking those entering;
- if you do not have a library card you can get a one day entry permit (propusk) when you show your passport
- take the elevator or the stairs to the 3rd floor;
- at the 3rd floor go to the left and walk via the internet and library hall to the Nuffic Neso Russia office;
- you’ll recognise our office by the Dutch orange colours!

If you have an appointment with Nuffic Neso Russia you can also call the office ( +7 495 915 7236 ) if you are in the library. Or if you can speak Russia, you can ask the guard to call our office. After contacting us a Nuffic Neso Russia staff member will meet you and escorts you to our office.
