Russian alumni told the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte all about their study experiences in Holland via a special short film made with the help of Skype.
The movie was shown to Mr Rutte before he gave his opening speech at the launch of the alumni network NANR, a network especially for Russians who studied or did traineeships in the Netherlands.
The Dutch Prime Minister was visibly impressed by the film about studying in the Netherlands which had been created especially for his visit to the network opening.
The video shows Russian alumni working in Moscow, Omsk in Siberia, Amsterdam, Nijmegen and London who were interviewed about their experiences via Skype.
After pushing a special button to officially launch the network after his opening speech, the Prime Minister unveiled a second video marking the official launch of the alumni network and its website www.nanr.ru. The NANR launch video was accompanied by the music of U2, one of the Prime Minister’s favourite bands.
